First the sauce a green habanero & tomatillo green sauce that is one of the best green sauces I've ever tried. sorta sweet with a kick works great on all seafood dishes. Band leader Johnny Owens uses it on everything from sardines to salmon he says it just enhances the flavor of your seafood.

The CD's & sauce are going like crazy. We need to reload on the CD's. If you haven't heard of them it is they are still new. The singer & guitar player is great and has worked with the Van Zant's, The bass player is formerly of Hank Jr's band. The rest of the fellas are studio musicians that really rock it.
