I have researched and have found that for ceratin foods, that can be contaminated or require special handling one must have or rent a kkitchen ion order to make and/or package. When it comes to spices and similar dry seasonings can I package by hand or with a small spice packaher without a kitchen? I have searched the net but, have failed to finf anything concrete. I was considereing working with a co-packager but, most need ceratin types of bottles and label specifications as well as larger productions orders. I figure I can do it how I want and save money doing by myself.
