food Spicy Bagel and Cream Cheese Revisited

This time i decided to try powder on my cream cheese instead of fresh diced peppers wow!!! all i got to say first up we have trinidad congo powder

This was quite hot had the perfect amount of heat for the job,
Next up Aji Limon

This was lacking the heat couldnt really tast ethe heat over the cream cheese or flavor i won't that powder for this again.
and last but not least bhut Powder

This kicked my A big time i almost could'nt finish it i felt like man vs food, but i did and my mouth was on fire as you can see the bhut powder was alittle chuncky and i decided not to break it up soo i should have done that but oh well i got the burn i was looking for next time i'm gonna stick with the congo trinidad for bagels lesson learned.
 
Good stuff mate.

I use a lot of powders in my cooking...as you've seen it blends in well. Esp. in stuff like that. ;)

Works fun in sour cream for dips too.
