I had a couple pods that I lost track of exactly what they were so I just cooked with them. After tasting them both I determined that one was probably an Infinity pepper and the other was probably a Brain Strain. Both were very hot! So I made a huge pot of black beans and then added the minced peppers right at the end to preserve the brightness and heat.
