Ok well here we go.
had some pork tenderloins i marinated in a southwestern style marinade w/ some aldaberto and nagamorich powder overnight mmmmm. thnxpat
sparked the weber up, then whipped up some roasted garlic w/baby reds mashed potatoes. with about 5 minutes of time remaining on potatoes, i added Partners n crime. sweet bannana pepper, orange habanero ,jalapeno, diced.
The potatoes were awesome! IMO
pork perfect cooks in no time at all with slices that thin
but still very flavorful and cooked perfect. hope all enjoy
