food spicy seafood with scorpion tomato sauce

This was spicy but incredible the sauce was a scorpion tomato and garlic sauce served over yellow saffron rice and topped with parmesan crusted sea scallops and the seafood of course .

Those Scallops look huge, or is that just a small plate? Whenever I get Black Mussels I do them in a similar sauce.Yours looks very tasty.

Yeah scallops were huge. Buddy of mine owns local seafood market. Brought 2 dozen we were in foodie heaven. Thanks SR.

used good parmesan. Wife love's these with a little spicy Marinara. Not usually done with shell fish but delicious. :)
 
There is a method of cooking things like scallops, mussels or oysters called Kilpatrick which includes topping with cheese.
