health Spots on my Pepper Plant

Only one plant is showing spots. What is this?
 

 
I was thinking maybe water left on leaf and it got burned?
 
 
 
---Also I have not given any ferterlizers to my peppers. Should I? when? and suggestions?

     It looks kind of like leaf miner damage. If they were mine I'd give them nutes now. I use weak miracle-gro liquid.

yeah those have plenty of leaves to start giving em nutes.
spot could be from water as you suggested. could be the start of a nutrient deficiency.
