I'm at work eating an Italian sandwich with Stop & Shop Sriracha on it.
Not the best Sriracha out there, but it serves the purpose. Nice, a little
grainy texture, bright red color, sweet and garlicky flavor, 3/10 heat.
Doesn't have a pronounced character like the classic Huy Fong, but edible.
Good sauce "for work" to put on anything. From Vietnam.
