Storage

Seems there's about a thousand ways to store the precious pod, but matching it all up with your pod in your climate for how long :drooling:

No slicing or boiling, want the whole pod intact - How would you do it using common, easily obtained kitchen "chemicals"

For me it's shoving the pods into an old coffee jar & filling it with sea salt crystals, they dry out after few months, but they don't grow fungus either....I can't imagine having to protect them from cold.

What works for you in your part of the world ?

doesn't drying like that reduce the capsicum flavor?
