food Strawberry Scorpion Sting

So, for lunch today I wanted to try something. A Salami and cheese sandwich....But nor your traditional makeup to say the least. I decided to LIBERALLY apply Redhawk Premium Peppers Strawberry Scorpion Sting to it. HOLY COW, talking about taking a boring sandwich to another dimension. Oddly enough, it was SUPER! I would so do that one again, except I might tame it down on the sauce a bit. It was HOT to say the least!

The sauce has a very respectable heat but the flavor (in my humble, shameless whore opinion) is AWESOME!!! My personal favorite usage of this is on chicken salad and as a salad dressing!
