I just had a couple TS seeds sprout in a ziploc 30 days after the first 6 spouted, I let them in cause they showed no signs of mold or any rot. Then I gave up on a couple of germination cups and 20 days later 1 sprouted, unless they rot or get moldy don't give up on your seeds.....=)

Good advice for the future growers on board, under ideal conditions most seeds will "wake up", certain species take longer than others...good luck with your grow
