1. Zucchini- Stuffed with hot italian sausage, tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella and aleppo flakes.
2. Roma tomato- Cut in half, gutted and filled with gorgonzola, parmesan, mozzarella, diced green onion, cabernet sea salt, black pepper and topped with pickled jalapeno and olive oil.
3. Spanish rice- From scratch but nothing special (leftover from the night before)
