I would image one would contact the Pennysaver, that's why papers like the Pennysaver exist, they are low cost advertising and advertisers use other's resources.
it is like ad that says,
Wanted an experienced life guard for our club swimming pool.
Must know how to swim.

Well lets start with um Full time Minimum of 30 hours. IT SAYS FULL TIME!!! I think everyone would know that thats where full time begins! lol!
Also one that just stood out was "good phone and communication skills to answer phones and perform general assistants functions." Ummm do they mean to speak well to communicate or what they wrote was to basically do the functions of the assistants lol! I dunno this is to funny.

Didn't the phone switchboard disappear about 1956?
And about contacting pennysavr paper for info, papers that do it that way have a Client # or Ad # that the interested person can reference when they call the paper.
