Substitution for Cajun Sunshine?

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum. I'm going to be preparing a favorite of mine, a hot wings sauce that uses Arizona Gunslinger, Yucatan Sunshine, and Cajun Sunshine.

I'm out of Cajun Sunshine and don't seem to be able to find it anywhere, except online and I'm unwilling to pay twice the cost with shipping.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a substitution for Cajun Sunshine that's easy to find? (Either that or if anyone in the Seattle area knows of someplace that stocks Cajun Sunshine...)

Thanks!
Tim

Hi TiminSeattle and welcome to the forum.

Since you're in Seattle, have you had a chance to check out this place?

Double DD Meats is supposed to have a huge selection of hot sauces.

Maybe give them a call and see if they can help you out there.

Good luck!

dvg,

Gotta thank you for the recommendation. I went to Double DD Meats and was amazed and awed. And they had Cajun Sunshine. :) I guess I would have been surprised if they didn't -- kind of like the ocean not having a shark in it.

Dvg beat me to the punch on recommending DD. A person could spend a whole day checking out the sauces. I found Creator's sauces there and snapped some up. Please stick around the THP site. We have quite a dynamic, and fun, Washington group here and would love to hear more from you.

Hey Tim, glad to hear that you were able to find it close by.

Yeah you guys are really lucky to have a local well stocked hot sauce store.

I'm still waiting for one to open up in Edmonton, but until then I've had to resort to ordering my sauces online.
