plant-care Sunburn?

I wouldn't be wrong in assuming this is sunburn, would I?

It has started appearing on the sunny side of some of my pods. If it is sunburn, will the pods still be alright?

First I was praying for sun, and now that I got it, I don't want it anymore! Whoever said chillies love sun? Mine seem to hate it! :lol:
 
More of a sun-tan via anthocyanin pigments. Nothing to worry about, just a defence mechanism. The pods should ripen to a normal red
