Super hot placenta oil question?

I was removing some seeds from a trinidad when I noticed the knife edge was covered in nice layer of yellowish oil. I assumed this was capsaicin and licked the knife... exceptional burn considering how little there was.

I'm interested in knowing more about the oils super hots produce in abundance - what percentage of the oil is capsaicin??

I've been wondering the same thing about some of my peppers that contain a scorchingly hot orange fluid in the seed cavity that runs out and makes a mess on the cutting board.  Hope someone knows.
