Sooo, the gf, who doesn't like hot food...at all, like japs are too hot, decided to make me some chicken breasts for dinner and being nice she found some of the super hot powder that one of the wonderful folks on this site sent me. Now, she is used to putting grocery market chili powders on foods in everyday cooking, so she grabbed the standard eating spoon and coated the chicken breast in powder, both sides...
The pan started to heat up, the chicken went in, and the hacking and eye watering, and coughing started, we eventually had all the windows open (@ 39 degrees F outside) and grabbed surgical masks just so we could breath.
