food Super Spicy Italian Sausage

I taste a sliver of a pod, evaluate the heat and the flavor and then cook or my lady does while I am at work.

It was very hot, when we rinsed the oily cutting board some went aerosol and light us up in our tiny kitchen.  Because of that we only used half of the pod.  It was minced very finely and added to italian sausage, with shallots, and pattied.  We opened all the windows and had the hood fan on to cook these on the griddle.  Our entire apartment smelled hot and just like brainstrain for a while.
 
We only used half of this beautiful pepper.  A red Brainstrain provided by smileyguy697.

The final product, served with brussels and bells, and some roasted potatoes.  We made 4 patties with 1 lb. of meat.

Very good!  We could have used the whole pepper for sure.  The heat built throughout the meal but was never close to too hot.  
 
Fuckin awesome man! Totally made my mouth water! Now I gotta make the same thing. W brussels too. Love those lil guys!
