I'm sure it was good but it is woefully over cooked.
See the white stuff leaking?
That's the fat and juice all cooked out.
You have to pull that off the heat when its cooked about half way, especially when its wrapped in foil as it continues to cook.
What's the "sweet and spicy" you used on it?
It looks like black pepper and maybe some sweet thai chile sauce.
