powder-flake Sweet Cayenne Powder

I gotta say I'm surprised how good this variety is. :) I had some dried pods from 2010 I just ground into powder. They obviously are not hot, but have wonderful flavor. A real winner. I think I'm going to be using this stuff on a lot of dishes for flavor purposes! These are the pods that grow almost a 1 foot long. Anyone else like this one?

I will be growing it for the first time this year. I've kind of put off sowing it for a bit as I want to make sure I've got the space to grow other varieties first. By the sounds of it though, I should really make room and get it sown soon--hot or not, I do love me some flavourful peppers! :D

IMHO, a rich annuum flavour kicks ass over a chinense flavour any day!

Will definitely have to get these bad boys into the ground soon....
