Sweet pepper leaf looks like a hand? or mitten?

I grew out some sweet pepper seeds along with my superhots
and I have noticed that the 1st true leaves seem to look pretty much like a mitten?
I don't think it was caused anything that I did. Just didn't know if this was a normal occurrence?

or maybe I have a freak plant that I should grow out to full potential and then see if its offspring have mitten leaves?

more like Sassafras I guess from what I have searched...

like the one in the middle.. but there was a rounded curve in like between webbed toes... lol..
