Tabasco?

Last year I grew some incredibly prolific frutescens. I was actually getting sick of harvesting them because of all the work involved. I was told they were tabascos. However I read that tabascos are very juicy, hence the famous sauce. These ones that I grew were very waxy and thick-walled. Also they were not juicy leading me to believe that these were some other type of frutescen.

I'm thinking of getting some actual bonafide tabasco seeds for next year. What can I expect of these? Juice or Wax? I'm hoping to make a sauce out of these instead of having to grind them up.

Well, I've had two different kinds of Tobasco (one being the true tobasco they make the sauce out of). They were bot medium walled but soft, not thick and hard. A little juicy but no where near what a piquin is.
