flavor Taste testing 10 homemade salsas. And the winner is..

Speaking as a person fascinated by all the different kinds of hot peppers out there, i'd like to know where each variety placed with your taste-testers.

You say that the amounts of the accompanying ingredients were always constant. If the amount of peppers was also constant, the heat noted by the tasters would be very interesting too.

Speaking strictly as a bachelor, with no culinary skills worth noting ("...burning water, and scorching it onto the pan botton, every time i try to boil it ..."), i'd love to see a picture of the various salsas, side by side. Yum!
