fertilizer-nutrients Tea Brew & Coffee

I learned yesterday that Tea, is great for boosting pepper plants. I don't want to add excessive nutrients potentially burning my plants so I thought I'd ask first.
My peppers were transplanted from hydroponic tanks to pots containing Happy Frog soil. At what stage would it be wise to add a tea brew mix them? If at all.

Thank you

I think regular brewed tea is kinda acidic, so probably not good for peppers. If you're talking about compost tea, lots of folks use that in the garden. I'm not sure if they use it inside, though. I don't use either.
