Tea question please

I was gifted a gallon of worm tea (not sure propper name or all the ingredients)

I think I know dilution rate for feeding at one cup per five gal.

QUESTION= As a foliar mist what is dilution rate please?

Depending on when it was brewed it may not even have any life left in it.
