OK now that you have looked at the peppers that I just took out of the box---how old are they do you think? 3 Days?   5 Days?  7 Days? Nope they are older than that. Try 3 weeks. I bought them in October from Dsglogg and had lots to dry and so they have been sitting in the box for 3 weeks-since 29 Oct-and I just put them into the drier this morning. There were 3 peppers out of the box of about 350 peppers that had mold growing and had to be discarded.
That was after 3 weeks in the box

I think that is a record and so I am sharing that with you guys---if you know a longer better shelf life for peppers I would like to hear it.

Happy peppering

very hard to see the pics. they are VERY VERY  small.

im not sure if this is really suppose to be in vendor vault?

first class service either way ;)  ;)

first picture looks really nice.

Balac, when posting here on THP, if you "USE FULL EDITOR" you can upload pictures directly from your computer into your post, no off-site hosting.  There's a button down at the bottom to Select File (or Browse?) click on the picture and it will upload at the bottom of the post editing block.  Put your curser where you want the image loaded into the text and click "Add to post"  If you don't insert the image into the text, it will automatically add the images at the end of your text.

Sorry for the side-track.  3 weeks is a pretty long time for pods to stay fresh.
