Jim is a great guy, one of the best. Known him since we started up 5-6 years ago. His insight, gained over a few beers, really helped us out in the early days. The guy doesn;t have a bad bone in his body, and bends over backwards to help anyone he can.
agree with the Creator on this one...Jim was very nice to me when I contacted him this past year. He talked freely with me about the "fresh pepper" business and gave some good advice...

To say Jim will be sorely missed is an understatement. He's been my chile source for 10 years. I've communicated via email with him throughout the years, I'm sorry to not have had the opportunity to meet him in person.
We wish him all the best as his "day job" commitments increase. Best wishes and thanks to Jim for all his work in the chile industry and as a firefighter.
