First time using the sourdough starter that I cultivated about a month ago.  The dirty Jersey air has produced a nice starter and i am looking forward to baking a nice sourdough loaf soon.  It performed nicely, the crust was just how it should be.

You made pizza I thought I'd like ... that I recall. I think I might have even asked for the dough recipe, actually, now that I think of it ...

Get out the red dragon and do it on the griddle LOL!

As a fishing guide at a remote Alaskan location and far from civilization...

I'd use Sailor Boy Pilot Bread for the crust.

I ate mine many years prior to that sheeit.

Anywhoo...

I'd schmear the cracker with tomato paste, add a slice of whatever cheese, hit it with hot sauce...

The Cheech Mojo Mango was really popular round that time and most excellente'!

Pilot bread with any 'thang rocks.

And so does The Cheech.

While not what I'd call a true hot sauce as it has no heat, the flavor is enormous.

This is how good I think it is.

I'm mildly allergic to mango.

Blows up my lips and in worse scenario's irritate's my throat and my face becomes reddened.

i still love it like heroin.

What was the subject?

See you this weekend in the TD. Get ol' flatty ready.

An epiphany if you will.

It was as ephemeral as a mayfly and now lost forever.

However...

I shall endeavor to persevere.
