I was browsing around to see if there are any hot food events around here, low and behold, May 2nd there is a Chili cookoff, and if I am not mistaken, Defcon made an appearance there last time... I just put that on my calendar.

We'll be there again, turkey fryers and all. Hell, I might even have to enter my "Def Con Carne" chili into competition this time around.
