These Don't Look Like Datils

Here's a plant grown from Datil seeds I purchased from NMSU. Looks like there's a couple of pod morphs going on, and none look like Datils. Some of the pods are pointy, some aren't. One of the pods is huge. What the heck do I have here? Habanero?

I'm not too sure what you have , but you don't have Datils. I agree, they do have an Habanero shape. I got my Datil seeds from NMSU a few years back with no problems. I've just saved a lot of seed if you want some.

For the price they charge, you should get what you paid for. I'd contact them and at least get your money back. Then except one of the kind offers all ready made to provide you with seeds. The people here are so great.
