heat Thoughts on: So what IS the hottest chilli?

Well it does. you can clearly taste the extra 10 scovilles.
I can't explain it, but the heat is different with those chiles. I mean... the Bhut and his likes are really hot, but the heat takes time to build-up. eating a Scorpion on the other hand is like getting a 5KG hammer right into your face.

I noticed the same thing. The heat hits your mouth in different places and at different times.
