Vigoro organic soil
Few Osmocote smart release plant food mixed in the soil.

Been watering them about every 2-2 1/2 days. From the top.

Fertilizer, only thing I have is some Ferti Lome blooming & rooting 9-58-8. Mixed a teaspoon with 1 gallon of water. Have only fed it to them twice

Possibly too much water
Don't need no ferts at this stage.
Pot em up to a respectable pot size and these problems seem to disappear.

And oh yehh..you're in Texas. ;)   Get em outside and harden up gradually.

Forgot to add the most important thing when potting up.  If you're using a generic potting soil, incorporate some organic compost into the soil you pot up with.   Will make all the difference in the world.  If they're going in the ground, do the same.   I had a few like you in solo cups and they were just dying to get into a larger pot with compost added to the medium.   They greened up in a week to ten days and grew like crazy.  Do this and you'll see results pretty quick.
