Sum bringing home the Win, that's awesome dude and well deserved. Congratulations! You know, now that I think about it there was a wonderful scent of Cuban spices in the air here in Orlando that day and as I finished mowing the lawn and sat down for a cold one, I thought I could smell a Pinapple Upside Down cake on the air. Damn that SoFlo wind driving my hungers into overdrive.
POTAWIE is a wiener again! Literally. This is #2 for cured stuffed meats for him! You are the master. Congrats!
No, actually I believe I came in second place for the sausage throwdown. The other one I won was also cured smoked pork but was only stuffed into my gut...lol
