There have been some small black bug with wings hanging out under my plant leaves. They have clear wings that look like one wing when folded. Any ides what these are and if they'll cause harm or if they are just hanging around enjoying the shade?

I'm having the same thing...it seems they are aphids...at least, they are bringing aphid with them. Kill them.

Looks like they are melon or cotton aphids. Neem? What kind of soap do I mix with it? Not like Dawn dishsoap right?
