annuum TIny serrano plants with nice amount of peppers

This little guys just keep spitting them out and dont seem to fussy. Nice flavor too. They all grew to about 2ft tall then just quit. Even the foliage is minimal. Ive got 4 plants in 3 containers. Had to put two in one because i was running out of room.
 

 

 

 
Now if i could just get them to turn red.

Be patient they'll turn red. IMO perfect Serrano ripeness is when the pod is showing red and green at the same time.

I chopped up 3 of them and 2 jalapenos for some roast pork nachos last night. I really want some red ones to try and make a serrano hot sauce. I may need to run down to "Little Mexico" and see if any of the markets have some red ones.
