I don't have a lot of experience growing Chile's, but have sprouted around 30 and have never seen this:
On one of my Chile's, there are tiny white hairs on the leaves. I'm not sure of the exact species. This was an ebay purchase. The seeds were labeled "Chile De Negro," and were described as having come from a large plant with large round Chile's.
Are the white hairs a characteristic of a certain breed or a certain trait?
Thanks
