Neal at the hippy seed co has these on his site. I didn't want to have to order just one kind of seed from him. I didn't realize they had other kinds of tobago peppers.

Tobago Seasoning
A non hot Chinense variety, The original seeds of these were collected at a market in Scarboro, Tobago in March 1999 by Dr Jeff Nekola ,apparently nice flavour but minimal Heat, used extensively in the local cuisine as a seasoning pepper, pod shape can vary and a great variety for Pots
