Tobago Treasure...Is it ripe?

They are yellow when ripe.

Yours looks like a Tobago or Trinidad seasoning pepper.
There are a LOT of seasoning peppers out there-red,orange and yellow.
A LOT of both seasoning peppers and Scotch Bonnets are used Green.
I'd say yours isn't ripe.
One way to tell,leave it on the plant to see.
