Tomato and Goji showing signs if illness

Noticed a couple of my Goji are showing yellow and all of my Italian Tomato tree plants are showing yellowing. Ive isolated the plants for now and was thinking of throwing them out but the tomato plants are showing a lot of healthy new growth. Is this something fixable? Are the plants worth planting outdoors still or better off scrapped? Thanks.
