tomatos stem issue, need help please

i had an issue with edema on pepper plants due to a 5-1-1 mix holding to much water, i have repotted, however a specific strain of tomato plants have been showing some odd signs, yellowing leaves and stem issues, i believe it may be to over-water / nut uptake issue also due to over water, but wanted to ask for advice.

here are the pics.

Tomato aids. Sorry for your loss. Jk I would hold back on fertilizer for a while just to make sure that's not it and maybe some over the counter bacterial stuff and hope for best.

Looks more physical and it has healed over.

There doesn't appear to be any concentric rings or yellowing which is typical with bacterial infections.

Have you noticed thrips, aphids or other bugs around?

That same exact thing has happened to my tomato it has stayed alive through multiple things though such as extreme high temps extreme low temps over water and under water I just can't kill it I guess its not a bad thing I can't
