Too late to repot?

I have 27 plants that have somehow survived my lack of knowledge, they have mostly (but not all) started to produce pods (jals and cayenne) I'm interested in overwintering a couple of the sturdier ones. My question is this, is it too late to replant into bigger pots when the plant is producing pods? Most of the cayenne have been producing for a month now and all are still green the jals started a week or so later and are also still green.

All the plants are windowsill babies.

You have the rest of august and september of decent sunlight here and with them inside you have no heat issues.

My only concern repotting now is them starting to grow again and forgetting about chillis.

I sure hope not, I just did a three-way repot with a fatalli, a yellow scotch bonnet, and a short yellow tabasco.:)
 
I keep potting up as needed until around mid to late August in my climate, but indoors you could keep potiing up until you run out of room or sunlight:)
