Ive heard about people doing this but im not sure if its the same as pinching out but when the plant starts producing chillis.

How do I do this when I eventially need to?

I thought I might add:

Is there a way of doing it so they produce lots of shoots thus more flowers and pods?

Not to bothered about doing it so the plant stays smaller.
