Transitioning young plants: East or West light preferred?

I'm needing to transition some of my younger plants who have outgrown their lightbox into my windowsill.

I have windows on the east side of my apartment (3-4 hours of morning sun) and on the west side of my apartment (3-4 hours of afternoon sun).

Any recommendations on which of these climates would be preferable for some young plants (2 months old ~12' tall.. still a little more than a month before I can go outside).

Thanks.

IMO morning sun is the best especially for seedlings. Afternoon sun can be harsh on them. I would say tho since you're indoors in a climate controlled place it wouldn't matter much as long as they get a good amount of sun.

Yep +1
From what ive always read, the morning sun is brighter due to cleaner air than end of day from haze build up and smog of the day
