transplanting help

soon i'll be ready to transplant from the 1.5" starter cells to something bigger (probably will go with plastic cups). my question is how do I get my little seedling from the cell to the cup? how do you guys do it? just 'dig' out the dirt and plant? cut apart the cell? I'm just not sure what the best way to do this is. I need some help!

Most plastic cells are of a flimsy plastic, and you can push up from the bottom to pop the seedling and surrounding soil right out of the cell. I would make sure the soil is moist, but not wet, so it will all stick together.

two spoons used like chopsticks, takes a little practice, but keeps everything together nicely
