Turkish capsicum

I found this at a fruit & veg grocery store recently. It was labeled "Turkish Capsicum". Looks just like a small bell pepper, so of course I bought two for seeds.

 
Any ideas of its true origin?

Looks like an orange Biber dolmasi, or simply stuffing pepper. Basically a smaller sweeter bell commonly used for Biber Dolmasi which is also the name of the dish it is commonly used in.
C. Annuum cultivar.

Biber dolmasi translates from Turkish into English as "Stuffed peppers". Is this also the name of this pepper, or just what it is used for?
 
Stuffing this pepper is the first thing I thought to use it for when I saw it.

It does translate to stuffed peppers, like the C. Annuum Tekne Dolmasi means stuffed boat (it's big). To my understanding this is also the name of the pepper as well as the dish.
