Twisting leaves

I have a couple of plants with leaves that are twisting, almost upside down.
I was wondering if it was due to the tight space they are in at the moment or a deficiency of some kind.
I also have a plant with leaves that are curling on the sides, I have been watering once a week if that, and I usually wait till the plant wilts a bit before I water.
I will post pics later today.

IMO, I think its due to lack of space/ air flow, and it's the plants way of getting air to the leaves. I could be wrong though. I had a few plants do this for a short period of time while in my grow tent last year. They never did it after I brought them outside. I dont think it's anything to worry about as it wasn't for me. Another possibility is it could be a sign of plant stress or maybe both.
