Uh Oh ... Pepper Rot ?

I ran into my first problem of the season...Brown spots on the leaf of a young Hot Chocolate plant. Thankfully, this appears to be the only plant showing such symptons. My first thought is TMV but really don't know.

Any thoughts on what these brown spots may be and what is causing them:

Not an expert here but do you foliar feed? Might be fert/chemical burns?

And I doubt it's TMV, According to this picture this is what TMV looks like on a Pepper.

but then again, I could be wrong... So dont let that plant get near your other plants, just to be safe.
