I hope I'm not overstepping the mark, being as I'm just a noob on the forum, but I was wondering if there could be a section for UK-based chilli folk, or even a suggestion of putting your country in some post titles?
My reasoning is that this is an amazing forum, and it's a great thing seeing folk make and trade their own sauces, and give each other tips on where to get great supplies etc, but most of the content is US-based. Obviously trading sauces over the stretch of the Atlantic would get a bit pricey, and it's a nightmare sometimes getting decent chillis over here.
Plus, I'd love to get my sauces out to some tasters for feedback, and I have no idea if customs would even let me send food overseas.
If I've overstepped, then please just say, but this is just a suggestion.
