uploaded pictures sizes reduced?

"error message"  Image upload not completes, image too large or something like that---
 
I've noticed lately that the THP website is not automatically reducing or formating pictures uploaded from my computer as it used to.  Things seem to be in a slow reduction of size spiral.... a couple weeks ago, I had to reduce the size of the pictures on my computer to 2.6g, then it were 2.1, now down to 768kb.  And for each image in a post, the next one has to be reduced smaller???? 
 
As an Extreme member, it's always been easy to upload images, not having to use the off-site host.  Is there some behind the scenes tech work going on? did I miss a Memo?  Did I randomly DP and get sent to the SinBin of Small Images?

You ran out of your storage space so as it got smaller you had to resize, and now it is so small you can't upload a pic.
