Upside Down Leaves on my c pubescens pepper Plant

On my c pubescens pepper plant, some of the larger leaves are hanging upside down. There is some new smaller leaf growth at the tops and it is even starting to bud, but to bigger older leaves do not look right. Also, a few of the larger leaves turned brown and fell off.

What is wrong?

I took a few pics. I'll get a cord tomorrow and post them tomorrow night. I'll also get to show off new pics of my Big Jim. It is the most beautiful plant I have ever sprouted.

Are you suggesting It needs fertilizer, or being sarcastic in telling me that I over fertilized? For 2 waterings before the first posted pic, I gave it a normal dose of Schultz Plant Food 10-15-10. Since then, there have been a few waterings without any nutes. Last night, I gave it half a dosage of the 10-15-10. Also, something about the potting soil that I used didn't take to well. It is too hard and packed together. It doesn't look right.
